Zero tolerance
ZipFolk has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Prohibited conduct
Users may not create, upload, share, request, promote, facilitate, or distribute content or conduct involving the sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, trafficking, sextortion, or endangerment of a child.
Enforcement
Any content or account found to violate these standards may be removed or suspended, and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with applicable law.
Reporting
ZipFolk provides in-app reporting tools so users can report profiles, posts, messages, or other content that raises safety concerns.
Our response to child safety incidents
When ZipFolk becomes aware of apparent CSAM or child sexual exploitation, we will take appropriate action, including preserving information when legally required, removing prohibited material, and reporting confirmed incidents to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other appropriate authorities as required by law.
Compliance and cooperation
ZipFolk complies with applicable child-safety laws and cooperates with lawful requests from appropriate authorities.
