Be a real neighbor
Use your real name and a real photo. Say honestly what you're selling, renting, or offering to do, and what it costs.
Keep it kind
Disagree without insults. No harassment, threats, hate speech, or pile-ons. If someone makes you uncomfortable, block them — they aren't told.
Protect privacy
Don't post someone's address, phone number, workplace, or photos of them without permission. Don't share screenshots of private messages.
No scams or prohibited items
No fake listings, advance-fee schemes, counterfeit goods, weapons or ammunition, drugs, live-animal sales, or anything illegal where you live.
Reporting and what happens next
Every post, comment, business, listing and profile has a Report control. Reports are private. Our team reviews each one and may hide the content, ask for changes, or suspend the account.
Badges are separate signals: Verified confirms an identity, Background Checked reflects a completed check. Neither is an endorsement by Zipfolk.
