What we collect, what neighbors can see, and what stays private.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone number and home address when you sign up; the content you post; the areas you browse; and basic usage information that helps us keep the app working.

Your address is never public

Your street address is stored privately and is used only to place you in an area and to work out distances. Other neighbors see an approximate area and a distance — never your address or exact coordinates.

Your phone number and email are hidden unless you choose to show them on your profile or business page.

Verification and background checks

Documents and evidence you submit for verification or a background check are stored privately and are only opened by the staff reviewing your case. They are never shown on your public profile — only the outcome badge is.

Who we share with

Service providers who run the app for us: our hosting and database provider, our payment processor, our messaging and background-check partners. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can edit or hide most of your profile at any time, control what your posts show, block another neighbor, and delete your account from Login & Security.

Deleting your account anonymizes your profile and removes your posts, listings, comments, saves and stored address from the app. Records of payments are kept for our financial records.
